Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are intended as a guide only. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, adverse weather conditions, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

International Delivery

We ship to a range of international destinations. Available shipping options and delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, import fees and other charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority or carrier before delivery.

Swimsafe is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and an order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@swimsafeswimwear.com and we will do our best to amend the details.

If an order has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@swimsafeswimwear.com.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and items received so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Refused Deliveries and Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is refused by the recipient, unclaimed, or returned to us due to an incorrect address being provided, any shipping costs incurred by Swimsafe may be deducted from any refund issued.
